Under the leadership of the AANS Diversity Committee, this fund supports a variety of activities across the enterprise, including:

• Communications – Enhancing committee presence via channels, including newsletters, emails, social media and website updates
• Events – Developing sessions at the AANS Annual Scientific Meeting and programs with affiliated organizations, such as the American Society of Black Neurosurgeons (ASBN) & Latinos in Neurosurgery
• Integration – Ensuring DEI representation in scientific/nominating committees and across all AANS committees
• Resources – Publishing DEI research, mentorship toolkits, and promoting resources at meetings
